SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA — A vehicle crash Monday morning blocked three left lanes on California Highway 54 in south National City, according to Caltrans San Diego.
The collision occurred on the westbound lanes at Exit 1B to Interstate 5. It was first reported by Caltrans at 8:18 a.m.
Officials have not said what caused the wreck or how many vehicles were involved, but the closure remained in place for over 40 minutes.
