SCRIPPS RANCH, CA – A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a DUI suspect along I-15 northbound, KUSI reports.
The crash occurred around 4 a.m. near Miramar Road.
The driver, a 23-year-old man, was in a Lexus and arrested at the scene for DUI.
