SAN DIEGO, CA – Rush-hour traffic delays were reported following a crash on I-8 in the Grantville area on Thursday.
According to a report by CalTrans, the accident took place along the westbound exit ramp to Waring Road at about 6:37 p.m.

The events surrounding the crash are not mentioned in the report. However, the exit ramp was closed for some time afterward while crews worked to clear the scene.
